The state recently updated our Aspire SIS system, which has created an issue with grades syncing from Canvas to Aspire. Grades for assignments and assessments in Canvas typically pass from Canvas to a student's Aspire Gradebook nightly. With the new Aspire update, this sync isn't currently working. MCSD, USBE, and Canvas are aware of this and are working to address it. We hope this will be resolved soon, but grades in Aspire may not reflect student work completed in Canvas during the first week of school (Aug 17th-Aug 21st).
Parents/guardians are always encouraged to sign up as a Parent Observer in Canvas to access their student's work and class materials. The following
